Due to the customised nature of these frames and their finished size, we do not hold any stock. All from are made to order upon payment.
Once you have placed an order for a frame, we will contact you to advise when your frame will be ready for collection. This is normally 10 working days unless otherwise advised orders placed after 5pm will be timed from the next working day. The lead time may be extended by a couple of days in busy periods such as Christmas.
Collection is from 1 The Willows, Calne, SN11 8LX at a time to suitable to you apart from Wednesday & Friday afternoons between 2pm and 6pm. Evening collection up until 8pm. These times may vary due to circumstances.
The maps are dispatched via parcelforce 48 Large, postage & packing is £35. The Parcelforce 48 Large service is not available to all locations. For more information regarding delivery click here
We also offer local delivery, for which we make a variable charge depending on distance
As the frames are made to order, payment is required in advance.

A hardware pack is included for the frame style ordered, this includes D-rings, screws, cord and bumpers. Holes are pre-drilled for the screws. If you prefer the frame fixed to a wall, we supply mirror plates and screws.

While Map Works uses reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information placed on this website, Map Works make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the homepage. When you place an order with Map Works, you will be sent an order confirmation detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors. All Map Works products are handmade, and as a result a small variation in colour and wood grain according to images presented is to be expected. There are differences product-by-product due to the materials themselves being a natural product, the wood can be cut from a different section causing a variation in grain and the way it absorbs the paint or stain finish.
Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, Map Works will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date.
We accept payment via BACS, card payments via the telephone and PayPal payments are through your Paypal account or by card through the PayPal system. To pay by card, you do not need to have an account with PayPal to purchase. Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Map Works. Map Works must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted and the contract formed. Once payment has been received, Map Works will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. The confirmation email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Map Works acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these Terms & Conditions. Any Terms & Conditions sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
Map Works keeps a record of any orders you make on the website, to assist in dealing with any enquiries, problems you may have in the future, and to match previous orders for a particular frame. A record is kept of any e-mail communication you send to Map Works, so that any problems or concerns you’ve had can be tracked. If you would like to review the data you have provided to Map Works when placing an order, because you feel that what is presently on record is incorrect, and/or you would like your data erased from Map Works records, you can so do by contacting Map Works at email@example.com.
